Replica in silk brocade of the Pope Boniface VIII chasuble, first half of the 13th century.

This awesome replica presents a pattern with medallions that, as the original, represent different zoomorphic shapes, as the griffin, the crows or the two-headed eagle.

The original is showed on the Agnani Cathedral, Italy.

Dated on the 13th century, this kind of fabrics were very common at the eastern Europe, as they were made mainly on Byzantium, and their use use extended throughout western Europe.


Width of the fabric: 75 cm (12 medallions).

Minimum order: 1 meter.

Composition: 65% silk, 35% rayon
