This beatiful amulet was inspired by the brythonic shield from Battersea, London. A metal shield facing, which presents scrolls in relief and is made of several pieces of sheet bronze, decorated with twenty-seven red glass 'enamel' framed studs. It is dated from the Iron Age,
350 BC - 50 BC (circa).
This beautiful artistic inspirated work is casted on bronze from a original artwork made with the granulation/filigree technique, and this fine casting shows all details of this ancient technique.
Hand made of bronze. Decorated with natural garnets.
