Silk brocade replica of find of Japan, dated from the 7th century.
This fabulous replica shows a pattern with a hunting scene framed in medallions.
This style of brocade was very common in Persia, and there are many sassanian brocades with a very similar design.
This brocade is quite interesting because a very similar one was found on the archaeological find from Oseberg. This fact shows us how extended were these fabrics, because of the amazing commercial activity on the early medieval times.
Width of the fabric: 75 cm (4 medallions)
Medallion size: ~18 cm.
Minimum order: 1 meter.
Composition: 65% silk, 35% rayon
